Position Description:
Provides physical therapy services across outpatient, acute inpatient, and swing bed skilled units. Responsible for evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, and implementing therapy interventions in collaboration with the healthcare team. -
Required Qualifications:
BLS Certification; minimum 1 year of relevant experience; physical therapy degree; license to submit not required; availability for a schedule of Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with a minimum of 40 hours per week; experience preferred but will train. -
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in outpatient, acute inpatient, and skilled nursing settings. -
Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a minimum of 40 hours per week. -
Additional Information:
