Childcare Needed - Full-time / Part-time

We are looking for afterschool care for our two children. They are out of school at 3, typically, and we are home by 5. We are one block from the school. If we could find someone reliable to pick them up from school, walk them home, give them a little snack, and hang with them until we are home that would be ideal. I am typically home by 4:30, but 5 at the latest. Both kids love biking, animals, Pokmon, and reading. Our daughter will be in 1st grade and our son will be in 4th. We have a 2-year-old lab. She is very friendly, but we would need someone who is comfortable with dogs.
