Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $30.00 – $35.00/hour (DOE)

Job Summary

Seeking a reliable AP / Inventory Control Specialist to handle invoices, inventory tracking, and warehouse counts in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable (AP) and assist with AR
• Track and maintain inventory records
• Perform physical inventory counts (warehouse & freezer)
• Ensure accurate data and reports
• Support daily operations as needed

Requirements

• 2+ years AP/AR experience
• 2+ years inventory control & physical counts
• Experience working in warehouse & freezer environments
• Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines

Additional

• Comfortable working in office + warehouse
• Reliable and able to handle a fast-paced workload
