Job Description

·         Supervise Quality Leads and Quality Technicians across batching, blending, and packaging operations (17 direct reports)

·         Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards

·         Manage food safety metrics and maintain comprehensive QA documentation

·         Ensure strict adherence to HACCP, GMP, and FDA regulations across all production processes

Key Requirements 

·         Bachelor's degree (BS) is required

·         Demonstrated experience in food safety and quality assurance supervision
