Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $20.00/hrShift: 1st shift, Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm (Willingness to work flexible hours as necessary)Why you should apply to be Solderer II:- Competitive pay rate at $20/hr

- Assembling and soldering electronic components on printed circuit boards using Pin Thru-hole and Surface Mount Technologies
- Following detailed assembly procedures and process documentation for quality and compliance
- Inspecting circuit board assemblies to determine soldering requirements and identify defective components
- Pre-forming component leads, verifying material integrity, and maintaining accuracy within your work cell
- Ensuring ESD integrity and maintaining a clean, organized workspace
- Reporting to the Production Supervisor and training other employees as needed
- Have a High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
- Hold a Certification in Soldering or J-STD-001 (required)
- Have a minimum of 2 years of soldering experience (preferred)
- Can pass a soldering skills test
- Possess knowledge of component identification, nomenclature, and ISO9001/IPC Standards (IPC-A-610 certification desired)
- Have ESD training, and the ability to read procedures and interpret visual aids
- Demonstrate basic computer skills, problem-solving abilities, and experience in high-volume production environments
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Are a US Person as defined in 22 CFR Part 120.15
- Are willing to work flexible hours as necessary
