Job Description

This full-time, onsite contract role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact on young learners’ communication skills in a collaborative and supportive educational environment.
Your expertise will be instrumental in evaluating student needs, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering targeted therapy that empowers every child to reach their fullest potential. You’ll work closely with teachers and families, attending IEP meetings and implementing evidence-based interventions across a diverse K-12 caseload.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Active Speech-Language Pathology licensure (CCC-SLP required)
- Previous experience or clinical practicum in a school setting is strongly preferred
- Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to interdisciplinary teams
- Commitment to fostering a positive, growth-oriented atmosphere for students
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments and interpret results for K-12 population
- Develop, implement, and update individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Deliver engaging, direct therapy sessions tailored to students’ needs
- Participate in IEP meetings with staff and families, providing input and expertise
- Maintain accurate records and collaborate with educators and other service providers
