Make a meaningful impact supporting students and staff by providing expert behavioral consultation for PreK-3 settings. This contract opportunity offers flexibility with both full-time and part-time options, and is designed for Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) who are passionate about helping young learners succeed.

In this role, you'll primarily engage in consultation-heavy services, collaborating closely with teachers, support staff, and administration. Your behavioral expertise will empower school teams to create effective intervention plans, foster positive learning environments, and address challenging behaviors in a proactive way.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
  • Experience working within school settings, particularly with PreK-3 students
  • Strong foundation in developing and overseeing behavior intervention plans
  • Excellent communication and consultation skills
  • Proven ability to train and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
  • Organizational skills and adaptability for dynamic school environments

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized plans
  • Provide consultative support to teachers and ancillary staff through observations, modeling, and feedback
  • Deliver staff training on behavior plan implementation and best practices
  • Maintain regular communication with school staff and families to support student progress
  • Collect and analyze behavioral data to guide interventions
  • Document all services and recommendations in compliance with school and district policies
  • Support transition planning and facilitate positive behavior systems schoolwide
