Customer Service Specialist

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a dynamic and growing organization in La Mesa to find a Bilingual Customer Service Representative who will play a vital role in supporting customers and creating positive experiences every day. What You'll Be Doing

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers, delivering outstanding service with every interaction
• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and confidence
• Support customers in both English and Spanish
• Respond to inquiries, provide solutions, and resolve concerns efficiently
• Escalate complex issues when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate customer records and update information in company systems
• Document interactions and follow-up activities thoroughly
• Contribute to team success by meeting service, quality, and performance goals

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Fluent in both English and Spanish
• Previous customer service or call center experience in a high-volume environment
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-moving setting
• Comfortable working with multiple computer systems and data entry
• Positive attitude, strong problem-solving abilities, and customer-first mindset

Assignment Details

• Contract-to-hire opportunity with long-term potential
• Fully onsite in La Mesa, San Diego
• Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM PST
• Competitive pay: $22.00 per hour
• Potential for a hybrid schedule following successful training
