• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with staff, students, and families
• Ability to adapt instructional approaches to meet a variety of learning needs

Responsibilities:

• Develop, review, and implement IEPs according to state and federal regulations
• Plan and adapt lessons that accommodate a range of exceptional learning styles and abilities
• Assess students’ progress and adjust teaching strategies as needed
• Work collaboratively with general education teachers, support staff, and service providers
• Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student progress and plans
• Utilize technology, resources, and accommodations to enhance student learning
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
