We are looking for a Bilingual Representative to support daily customer interactions in both English and Spanish. This role focuses on assisting customers with questions, resolving basic issues, and ensuring information is accurately recorded in internal systems. Communicate with customers through phone, email, or online messaging to answer questions and provide general support in both languages. Document conversations and updates in internal tracking systems with accurate data entry. Provide clear, courteous communication and maintain a professional tone in all interactions. Assist customers with routine account updates, information changes, or simple transaction support. Work with team members to share information, identify recurring issues, and help improve service processes.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Southaven, MS.

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $20.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
