1st Shift General Production

Join our team to package and facilitate the production of adhesives, sealants, and lubricants in an assembly line setting. You will be responsible for adhering to all safety protocols and procedures, including the consistent use of required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). As a valued team member, you will actively contribute to maintaining a safe work environment by following OSHA regulations and company standards.

• Adjust machine settings as needed to ensure efficient and effective production processes.
• Conduct thorough quality checks to verify that products meet established customer specifications.
• Maintain the cleanliness of equipment and the work area.
• Accurately record production data and information.

• Experience in production, general labor, machine operation, and packing.
• Background in previous manufacturing, landscaping, roofing, or construction.

• No additional skills or qualifications needed.

We offer a shift differential of 10% for applicable shifts and comprehensive medical, dental, vision, life, STD & LTD benefits starting from the first of the month following 30 days of employment. Our company provides a 401k match of up to 4% after 90 days and 250 hours of service. Enjoy vacation benefits, earning 40 hours after your first year of service and 80 hours after two years. We offer a 4-hour shift schedule from Monday to Thursday, with the possibility of mandatory overtime based on production requirements.

The work environment is an indoor manufacturing facility. Employees are expected to adhere to safety protocols, including wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), to maintain a safe workplace.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Somerset, PA.

The pay range for this position is $14.00 - $14.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
