Step into a rewarding opportunity serving elementary students as a contract Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) near Saratoga, CA. This .6 position offers a consistent, three-day-per-week schedule within a supportive educational environment. You'll manage a manageable caseload of elementary-aged students for the full academic year, making a real difference in their communication development.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
  • Prior experience working with school-aged children, especially at the elementary level, is desirable
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive speech and language therapy services to a small caseload of elementary students
  • Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations in accordance with school guidelines and best practices
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address each student’s communication needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other multidisciplinary team members to support students’ progress
  • Maintain accurate documentation for student records, progress reports, and IEP meetings
  • Participate in school-based meetings and professional development as needed
