What We’re Looking For:

• Valid Ohio School Psychologist license required
• Previous experience in a school or educational setting strongly preferred
• Thorough knowledge of psychological testing, educational evaluations, and intervention strategies
• Ability to communicate effectively with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Familiarity with junior high developmental needs and challenges
• Must meet all Ohio state and district-specific credentialing or certification requirements

Responsibilities Include:

• Conducting student evaluations and assessments to identify learning, social, or behavioral concerns
• Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Providing direct and indirect counseling and intervention services for junior high students
• Supporting students’ academic, social, and emotional development within the school environment
• Offering crisis intervention, as needed, and contributing to a safe, inclusive learning community
• Maintaining accurate documentation and adhering to all relevant state and district policies
