• Think fast, find answers, and respond quickly tocustomerissues, all with a polite, empathic, and professional / positive voice and manner

• Up-sell and cross-sell

• Able to generate sales leads from calls

• Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems

• Memorize, recall, or research answers quickly

• Assesscustomers needs and provide the correct solution

• Learn and follow allcustomerserviceprocedures and policies

• Meet and go above personal and team targets, goals, and quotas

• Aim forcustomerresolution and return

• Record, organize and filecustomerinteractions and profile/account changes

• Address returns, refunds, and shipping tracking numbers

• Day Shift, 8AM to 5PM

• Monday - Friday

• CustomerServiceRep experience preferred

• GED / High School Diploma

• Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen

• Able to pass a background check

• Able to work in the US

• Previous experience incustomersupport, clientservices, sales, or a related field

• Excellent at communicating over the phone and handling phone systems

• Basic computer skills and experience with tracking and recording call information, filing documents or updatingcustomerprofiles/accounts

• Able to concentrate on multiple problems at once

• Excellent time management and prioritization skills

• Ability to answer the phone, listen actively, relay information, and type basic information simultaneously

• Customer-focused for positivecustomerexperience and resolution

• Able to pass a backgroundcheck

• Able to work in the US.
