Key Qualifications & Experience:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required
  • Previous experience consulting in school settings strongly preferred
  • Track record of success working with PreK-3 students
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to design, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Comfortable facilitating trainings and supporting staff development

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide consultative support, collaborating with educators to conduct functional behavior assessments and develop intervention plans
  • Train and coach teachers and paraprofessionals on behavior management techniques
  • Monitor student progress and modify interventions as necessary
  • Prepare concise reports and documentation, participating in multidisciplinary team meetings
  • Serve as a behavioral resource for staff and families, fostering positive school climates
