Job Title: General Production Worker
Job Description
The General Production Worker sequences products according to customer specifications, operates production and assembly equipment, and performs quality checks to ensure all products are correctly labeled and free of defects. This role uses RF scanning equipment to verify sequencing information, handles basic office equipment, and supports overall production and warehouse operations. The position involves working in a fast-paced environment and contributing to consistent, high-quality output across the facility.
Responsibilities
- Sequence products accurately according to customer specifications and production requirements.
- Use RF scanning equipment to verify sequencing information and maintain accurate product tracking.
- Operate hand tools, assembly equipment, and basic office equipment to support production activities.
- Sort products for quality checking and defect containment to ensure only compliant items move forward in the process.
- Perform quality checks in line with company and customer specifications to maintain high standards.
- Ensure all products are properly labeled and free from visible defects before packaging or shipment.
- Support general production, assembly, and warehouse tasks as needed, including packaging and machine operation.
- Safely handle materials and move products through docking stations, warehouse aisles, and assembly cells.
- Follow all safety procedures, including proper use of equipment and adherence to facility guidelines.
- Complete other duties as assigned to support smooth and efficient production operations.
Essential Skills
- At least 1 year of relatable experience in production, general labor, general production, assembly, warehouse, forklift operation, cleanroom work, machine operation, packaging, packing, or machine operating.
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds safely and repeatedly as part of daily tasks.
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours during a shift in a production or warehouse environment.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Experience using hand tools and assembly equipment in a production or warehouse setting.
- Ability to operate RF scanning equipment to verify sequencing and inventory information.
- Attention to detail when performing quality checks and labeling products.
- Comfort working in a hectic, fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and safety.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience working in a cleanroom or controlled environment.
- Experience in material handling, interacting with office staff, assemblers, and janitorial teams.
- Familiarity with working in docking stations, warehouse aisles, and assembly cells.
- Basic proficiency with office equipment for simple administrative or tracking tasks.
- Strong communication skills to coordinate with multiple teams across the facility.
- Reliability and strong work ethic in long-term production or warehouse roles.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.25 - $20.25/hr.
