Qualifications:

• Active and current School Psychologist license for the state of Ohio
• Previous experience working as a School Psychologist within educational settings
• Proficiency in conducting assessments, delivering counseling, and consulting with educational staff
• Strong understanding of junior high school developmental and academic needs
• Ability to foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
• Skilled in written and verbal communication

Responsibilities:

• Provide psychological assessment, intervention, and counseling services to junior high students
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement IEPs and intervention strategies
• Offer expert consultation to educators and families on learning, behavior, and mental health concerns
• Participate in Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) and Response to Intervention (RTI) processes
• Maintain accurate records, complete required reports, and adhere to district and legal guidelines
• Serve as a resource for crisis intervention and provide support during student transitions
