School Psychologist - Aurora, CO

This full-time, onsite contract position offers the opportunity to work across two assigned schools, providing vital services to students from early childhood through high school for the 2026-2027 academic year.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum of 3 years prior school-based experience as a School Psychologist
• Master’s, Specialist, or Doctorate degree in School Psychology
• Active Colorado Department of Education (CDE) Special Service Provider License with School Psychology endorsement
• Expertise in student assessments—cognitive, social, emotional, behavioral, adaptive skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as collaborative teamwork abilities
• Proficiency in crisis management and calm, solution-oriented thinking
• Comfort with diverse school communities and backgrounds
• Strong technology proficiency for documentation, reporting, and virtual collaboration
• Commitment to rigorous background check and fingerprinting per district policies

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individual and group counseling and direct mental health services as outlined in IEPs
• Evaluate students and write comprehensive psychoeducational assessment reports and IEP goals
• Collaborate with families, educators, team members, and outside agencies to support whole-child well-being
• Offer crisis intervention, participate in risk and threat assessments, and develop safety plans
• Engage in school-wide initiatives, team meetings, MTSS collaboration, and ongoing professional development
• Support staff and community education, student behavioral interventions, and resource connections
• Contribute to data gathering (FBAs, BIPs), student observations, and educational impact statements
