215 Welder-1st Shift

Ascend Staffing is hiring experienced MIG Welders for a long-term opportunity in Richland Hills, TX. We are looking for skilled welders with hands-on MIG welding experience who can produce quality welds in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Pay

• $19.00-$27.00/hr, depending on experience

• 10% shift differential for 2nd Shift

• Weekly Pay

Shifts

• 1st Shift: Monday - Friday, 5:00 AM - 2:30 PM

• 2nd Shift: Monday - Friday, 2:30 PM - 12:00 AM

• Saturday overtime may be required

Job Responsibilities

• Perform MIG welding on structural steel components

• Read and follow work instructions, measurements, and specifications

• Set up and operate welding equipment

• Inspect welds for quality and accuracy

• Grind and prepare materials as needed

• Maintain a clean and safe work area

• Follow all production, quality, and safety procedures

• Perform additional fabrication duties as assigned

Requirements

• 1-3 years of MIG welding experience preferred

• Structural steel welding experience preferred

• Experience welding with .035 wire

• Must be able to pass a weld test

• Resume required

• Ability to read measurements and follow specifications

• Strong attention to detail and work ethic

• Reliable transportation required

• Must be available for overtime as needed
