Qualifications & Experience:
- Master's degree or higher in School Psychology from an accredited program
- Active School Psychologist certification (or eligibility for certification) in South Carolina
- Experience with elementary school populations ideal
- Strong skills in conducting assessments, counseling, and implementing intervention strategies
- Proficient with technology to support virtual service delivery
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with students, families, and faculty
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform psychoeducational assessments to identify student strengths and areas of need
- Provide individual and group counseling services to support social-emotional development
- Develop intervention plans and collaborate with teachers and support staff
- Support special education eligibility determinations and participate in IEP meetings
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with district and state regulations
- Split your workweek between three days on campus and two days providing virtual services
