Immigration Attorney

Job Description:

• Represent clients in immigration court cases and other related legal proceedings

• Prepare and file petitions, motions, and applications for immigration benefits with USCIS

• Advise clients on immigration law and legal options

• Collaborate with a team of professionals to provide the best possible legal representation

• Manage a caseload and work towards achieving favorable outcomes for clients.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree AND currently licensed to practice law in at least one state or territory in the United States

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
