Staff Pharmacist - Bandon, Oregon

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A community-focused pharmacy is seeking a Staff Pharmacist for an 8+ week contract in Bandon, OR. This role operates Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM and is supported by advanced Omnicell pharmacy automation technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional, personalized patient care with empathy, confidentiality, and professionalism.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to patients, offering pharmacy consulting services that promote health and well-being.
• Collaborate closely with local physicians and the broader medical community to ensure safe, accurate medication dispensing.
• Maintain deep knowledge of pharmacy operations, driving continuous improvement and supporting the pharmacy team's growth.
• Stay current on pharmacy regulations, best retail practices, and specialty disease areas including Autoimmune, Oncology, Hepatitis C, and HIV.

Qualifications:

• Active Oregon Pharmacist (RPH) license.
• Minimum of 1 year recent pharmacy experience.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to patient-centered care.
• Ability to adapt within a technology-driven environment utilizing Omnicell systems.
