Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a STEM/FACS-related field (required)
• Valid state teaching certification for General Education or relevant STEM/FACS credentials
• Experience designing and implementing STEM and/or FACS curriculum for grades K-12
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Ability to adapt instruction to accommodate diverse learning needs
• Passion for hands-on, inquiry-based learning and real-world application

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver engaging lessons that integrate STEM principles and FACS concepts
• Foster a supportive, inclusive classroom environment where students confidently explore science, technology, engineering, mathematics, and life skills
• Use project-based learning and experiential activities to deepen understanding and participation
• Collaborate with faculty and administration on curriculum enhancements and interdisciplinary projects
