What you’ll bring:

• Active RN State License
• Professional Educator License (PEL) with School Nurse endorsement
• Prior experience as a school nurse (CSN), preferably performing educational or health evaluations
• Strong communication and documentation abilities
• Ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams
• Commitment to timelines, as the evaluation must be completed before the end of September

Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting an in-depth health assessment as part of the Independent Educational Evaluation (IEE)
• Working closely with an Audiologist to ensure all necessary aspects are thoroughly reviewed
• Providing clear, professional documentation and reports to inform educational recommendations
• Maintaining strict attention to detail and confidentiality throughout the evaluation process
• Acting as a resource and advocate for student well-being and educational access

This is a single-evaluation, onsite contract position, offering a flat fee upon successful project completion.
