Event Support Specialist / Vendor Booth Operator

BOLDIFI is an accredited, audio-first microschool that trains women to launch and run online businesses. We're looking for someone energetic and reliable to represent BOLDIFI at events, conferences, and expos.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down the BOLDIFI vendor booth at events
• Greet attendees and explain BOLDIFI's programs
• Collect leads and sign attendees up for our email list or free challenge
• Distribute materials and answer basic questions about our offerings
• Keep the booth stocked, organized, and on brand
• Pack up supplies and report lead counts after each event

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in events, retail, sales, or customer service preferred (less experience considered for the right fit)
• Strong communication skills and comfort approaching strangers
• Reliable and punctual
• Able to lift and carry up to 25-30 lbs (tables, banners, boxes)
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Available for occasional weekend or evening events

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Work Location: In person, on-site at event locations

Required qualifications:

• 18 years or older

Preferred qualifications:

• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Retail skills: customer service
• Able to comfortably lift 40 lbs
• Available to work: on call
• Willing to travel in state
