About who needs care: Dementia about stage 5
About the care needs: Companion to sit with him so he does not wander off. He is hard of hearing would need 40 or older with no accent. I just need someone for 2 to 3 hours once or twice a month. He feeds himself, walks and goes to bathroom himself. Would need some redirection at times.
