Childcare Needed

She is a newborn. Will be around 3 months old by the time I need help. We have my mother in law who is able to help us immediately, however she needs to have a surgery that will put her out of commission for 6 weeks or so in Nov/Dec. So will need help on weekday basis for that time frame. Also would like a constant backup person for when things come up, she has appointment, sick, or just maybe a date night here or there. I would like someone who has experience working with newborns before. I do have a somewhat flexible schedule with work so I can work. Please message me if interested.
