Babysitter Needed for my Children

We are a Christian family looking for a great nanny for 3 children in Glenn Dale. Our job will have a consistent 12-16 hours a week middle of the day. We would prefer a nanny who has their own car or a reliable way to get to our house! We don't want anyone who smokes. We also have 2 dogs and a cat. Our twins are 3 years old and we have a 15-month-old as well! The kids are fun and funny, very active, and an healthy dose of emotional! I will be working from home in the back of the house, and my husband has a variable schedule depending on appointments.
