Nanny Needed For My Children - Full-time / Part-time

We won't be responding to automated messages. We're seeking a self-directed caregiver for our two young boys who can plan and run the day on their own, building routines and activities without needing direction from us. Parents work nearby and can step in when needed. You should be comfortable taking the boys out solo or alongside mom, and confident caring for highly intelligent, neurodivergent children who feel things deeply. A calm, steady, patient presence matters here. Day to day, you'll help the boys keep their play space tidy and manage pull-up changes.
