Babysitter Needed - Full-time / Part-time

I'm looking for a long term nanny for a thoughtful, fun loving new tween and future Bay Area baker. She's only had two sitters in her life; the first parted in the pandemic and the second moved to SoCal and we still keep in touch. Because I work rotating day, swing, and occasional overnight shifts, the schedule isn't a traditional MondayFriday nanny position. I'm looking for someone who is comfortable with a variable schedule and, in return, would love someone to build a long term relationship. Dependability is a must as is reliable transportation.
