Childcare Needed

We are seeking an infant nanny for our daughter born in June 2026 in Hermantown. We are looking for someone to start in early November this year. I work at the hospital and need a dependable nanny. My husband works from home and has a dedicated office space. We are looking to pay $18-20 per hour with guaranteed hours of 40 hours per week with 3 weeks of vacation annually.
