Nanny Needed For My Children

We have a 1-year-old. We are looking for help with the 1-year-old and with household work as mom works from home. We have two older boys who will be in school Monday through Friday. Ideally, the caregiver would work from 730-330. The caregiver would potentially help with school drop off and pick up with the boys. The caregiver would then help taking care of the baby and household chores. The caregiver would essentially work as a team with the mom who works from home but has somewhat flexible work schedule.
