Housekeeper - Full-time / Part-time

Looking for some basic maintenance with small tasks that tend to go neglected with busy work weeks. Ideally, these are the tasks I would like off my plate: dishes, kitchen cleaning, basic bathroom cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, and maybe a load of laundry done (not necessary every time). Need someone who is okay with a small dog in the apartment. She can be kenneled and put away if necessary.
