Our client, in the food service industry, is seeking a Cook College Campus to join their team. As a Cook College Campus, you will be part of the campus dining services supporting the culinary team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, teamwork, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.
IMMEDIATE HIRING
Job Title: Cook College Campus
Location: Ames, IA
Pay Range: 17.02 per hour
Shift: Weekdays: 5:30am - 2:00pm; Weekends: 6:30am - 3:00pm
What's the Job?
- Follow instructions, read recipes, and execute meal preparations accurately
- Operate fryers, griddles, and handle dry goods efficiently
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and safety standards in the kitchen
- Support team members in delivering quality food service to students and staff
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
What's Needed?
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and recipes
- Experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment is preferred
- Strong attention to cleanliness and safety standards
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Availability to work rotating weekends and weekday shifts
