RN/LPN - Day & Night Shifts

The Springs of Camden is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at our state-of-the-art senior living community in Camden, Arkansas. As an RN/LPN at The Springs of Camden, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care to our residents.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring

• Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and treatment

• Promote a culture of dignity, respect, and compassion for our residents and their families

Qualifications:

• Current AR LPN or RN license (or recent graduate)

• Strong work ethic and commitment to resident care

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
