Schedule: Full-Time | 40 Hours/Week | Monday–Friday
Weekends: No weekend rotation

Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a very small skilled nursing facility (SNF) in Willows, California. This permanent, full-time position offers a consistent Monday–Friday schedule, no weekend rotation, and the opportunity to provide individualized care in a smaller, more personal clinical environment.

With a manageable facility size and a close-knit team, you'll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with residents, collaborate closely with other disciplines, and make a direct impact on patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate residents with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders

  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals

  • Provide skilled speech-language therapy and monitor patient progress

  • Document evaluations, treatments, progress, and discharge recommendations accurately

  • Collaborate with nursing, therapy, dietary, and other members of the interdisciplinary team

  • Educate residents, families, and caregivers regarding treatment strategies and recommendations

  • Participate in care planning and communicate changes in patient status

  • Ensure treatment is delivered in accordance with professional standards and facility policies

Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

  • Current California SLP license or eligibility for California licensure

  • ASHA certification or eligibility preferred

  • Strong communication, clinical, and organizational skills

  • Ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team
