What you’ll do as a CNA on second shift
You’ll deliver hands-on, person-centered care that helps residents feel safe, comfortable, and valued throughout the afternoon and evening.

• Provide excellent, compassionate care with patience and respect

• Answer call lights promptly and respond to residents’ personal needs

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)

• Support safe mobility, transfers, and ambulation

• Turn and reposition residents to promote comfort and protect skin integrity

• Assist with meals and encourage proper nutrition and hydration

• Closely observe residents and promptly report any changes to nursing staff

• Accurately measure and document vital signs, intake/output, and other required information

• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment

• Offer genuine emotional support and companionship during quieter moments

What we’re looking for

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• A compassionate, patient-centered approach to care

• Previous skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred—but not required. New graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply!
