About the Role:
Tamarack Industries of America Inc. is looking for skilled, motivated Assemblers to join its team in Alexandria, MN. This is a great opportunity to join a hands-on manufacturing environment where your attention to detail and work ethic make a real impact every day.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble components and finished products according to specifications and work orders
• Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and assembly instructions
• Inspect parts and assemblies for quality, fit, and function
• Use hand tools, power tools, and other equipment to complete assembly tasks
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with safety standards
• Identify and report defects, malfunctions, or production issues to supervisors
• Meet production goals and deadlines while maintaining quality standards

Requirements:

• Prior experience in manufacturing, assembly, or a related production environment preferred
• Ability to read and follow blueprints, schematics, or written assembly instructions
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to stand, lift, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player with good communication skills
• High school diploma or GED preferred
