What you’ll do

• Assemble components and perform basic testing to ensure reliable performance.
• Move materials efficiently to keep production flowing.
• Support welding, press room operations, and paint line processing.
• Read and follow detailed production instructions and SOPs.
• Identify defects, correct issues, and accurately count, label, and handle small parts.
• Maintain strict safety standards by adhering to all policies and procedures.

Skills and qualifications

• Physical stamina for repetitive tasks; ability to stand for extended periods.
• Excellent hand–eye coordination and close attention to detail.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Comfort reading instructions; familiarity with part numbers, sizes, and quality checks.
• Forklift and crane licenses are a plus.
• Basic English proficiency is required to read safety instructions, understand work orders, and communicate with supervisors and coworkers.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions in English.

Compensation and benefits

• Competitive Pay: Minimum starting rate of $19/hour, with additional pay for experience, plus a $1.50/hour night shift differential.
• Sign-On Bonus: $1,500 for new hires and an additional $1,000 after your first year.
• Overtime: Time-and-a-half for hours over 40/week; double-time for hours over 48/week.
• Profit Sharing: Quarterly profit-sharing with no cap.
