ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Are you someone who thrives under pressure, loves to train, and isn't satisfied until you've hit your goal?  Natalia Sanchez's State Farm Agency is looking for a high-energy Account Manager who is hungry to grow, build relationships, and drive real results.  This is a sales-first role.  You will be on the phone, in front of customers, and owning your numbers every single day.  If you're motivated by performance, energized by a fast pace, and ready to be part of a team that holds each other to a high standard - WE WANT TO TALK TO YOU!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prospect, quote, and close new business daily to meet and exceed production goals
• Handle high volumes of outbound and inbound calls - talk time is a core part of this role
• Build and maintain strong client relationships that drive referrals and retention.
• Manage multiple accounts, pipelines, and follow-ups simultaneously without losing momentum.
• Own your results - bring solutions, not excuses.
• Serve as the trusted advisor and main point of contact for customers.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High energy, self-motivated, & positive attitude.
• Comfortable with 3+ hours of phone time daily; strong verbal communication is a must.
• Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to perform under pressure and consistently meet quotas.
• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
