Louisville Gardens in Louisville, Ohio is growing — and we’re looking for compassionate and dependable PRN Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team. As we expand our services, PRN CNAs will play an important role in supporting residents across multiple specialized care areas.

PRN CNAs will assist residents in:

• Our New Dementia Unit
• Our New Ventilator Unit
• Our Long-Term Care Community

PRN staff help provide flexible coverage to ensure residents receive consistent, high-quality care. CNAs may work in multiple units as needed to support resident care and strong teamwork throughout the building. Cross-training will be provided.

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with daily activities while promoting dignity and independence

• Monitor resident conditions and report changes to licensed nursing staff

• Provide companionship and emotional support

• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment

• Support specialized care needs within Dementia, Vent, and Long-Term Care units

• Float between units as needed to meet staffing and resident care needs

Qualifications:

• Active Ohio CNA certification required

• Long-term care experience preferred

• Compassionate, patient-centered approach

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Flexibility to work in multiple units as needed
