Forklift Operator

We are hiring an experienced and dependable Forklift Operator to join our production team in Flower Mound, TX. This position is responsible for safely moving raw, floor-loaded corrugated materials from inventory to the production line while supporting daily production operations.

Pay: $18.00–$21.50 per hour — based on experience

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 1st & 2nd Shift

• 1st Shift: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM

Location: Flower Mound, TX

Job Responsibilities

• Safely operate a forklift and follow all company safety policies.
• Complete pre-shift equipment inspections and report any issues.
• Move, organize, and safely stack raw materials and finished goods.
• Read job tickets and locate materials needed for production.
• Load the production line with the correct corrugated sheets.
• Prepare materials for the robotic feeder and ensure loads are squared and properly positioned.
• Perform visual checks of finished goods and report any quality concerns.
• Keep production areas, conveyor lines, and floors clean and free of scrap and debris.
• Assist production operators with cleanup, machine jams, and other production needs.
• Perform additional duties such as restacking materials, regluing boxes, and preventative cleaning.

Qualifications

• Forklift driving experience is required.
• Corrugated industry experience is preferred.
• Experience moving floor-loaded materials is a plus.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to read and follow job tickets and written instructions.
• Must successfully complete the company's forklift certification program.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Minimum 9th-grade education required; high school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
