Key Responsibilities – Parts Counter Specialist:

• Assist retail customers, service technicians, and wholesale accounts with accurate parts lookup and ordering
• Maintain expert knowledge of Toyota OEM parts, accessories, and catalog systems
• Process parts orders, returns, special orders, and warranty parts
• Ensure parts are pulled, staged, and delivered efficiently
• Maintain inventory accuracy through proper stocking, labeling, and organization
• Answer phone and inâ€'person inquiries with professionalism and urgency
• Support the Parts Manager with daily operations as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous dealership or automotive parts counter experience required
• CDK and Toyota experience a plus!
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a highâ€'volume environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Reliable, professional, and teamâ€'oriented
