Responsibilities:

• Guide customers through the automotive repair and maintenance process, advise customers on service options and costs, offer special promotions, schedule service appointments, and more.
• Welcome vehicle service customers and provide a professional, friendly service experience.
• Consult with customers to understand their vehicle service and repair needs and offer special promotions.
• Write accurate vehicle repair orders and clearly communicate recommended services.
• Explain vehicle maintenance and repair recommendations, including costs and timelines.
• Coordinate with technicians and the service department to ensure efficient vehicle repairs.
• Keep customers informed throughout the service and repair process.
• Review completed work with customers and explain services performed.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Maintain accurate records and follow dealership processes and manufacturer guidelines.
• Help create an exceptional customer experience that reflects the Cole Automotive Group's commitment to excellence.

Qualifications:

• Previous automotive service advisor experience preferred, but excellent candidates with strong customer service or automotive experience are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication and computer skills
• Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work effectively with customers, technicians, and other dealership team members.
• Able to learn dealership software.
• A commitment to honesty, integrity, teamwork, and customer satisfaction.
• Valid driver's license and insurance
