Corwin Kalispell is looking for two skilled Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Technicians to join our growing team.
With a high volume of new, used, and trade-in vehicles moving through our Kalispell dealerships, we have a steady supply of dent repair and vehicle reconditioning work for the right technician. What You'll Do:
- Perform paintless dent repair (PDR) on dealership inventory and customer vehicles
- Remove door dings, minor dents, creases, and other repairable cosmetic damage
- Repair panels while maintaining the vehicle's original factory paint whenever possible
- Evaluate dents and determine the appropriate PDR repair method
- Use specialized rods, hand tools, glue-pulling equipment, lighting, and other PDR tools
- Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining a high standard of workmanship
- Help prepare used and trade-in vehicles for resale
- Coordinate with the reconditioning and dealership teams to keep vehicles moving through the process
- Inspect completed repairs for quality and appearance
We're Looking for Someone Who Has:
- Previous Paintless Dent Repair / PDR experience
- Experience with automotive dent removal, cosmetic repair, or vehicle reconditioning
- Experience repairing hail damage, door dings, body-line dents, creases, and dealership inventory is a strong plus
- Strong knowledge of PDR tools and repair techniques
- Ability to assess which dents can be repaired using paintless methods
- Attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality repairs
- Ability to work independently and maintain strong productivity
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
