Production OperatorPay: $16.00 - $18.50 per hour
Schedule: Full-time positions available. Multiple shifts available.Requirements for the Production Operator

• Previous manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and production drawings
• Experience using measuring tools such as tape measures, calipers, and micrometers
• Basic computer skills for data entry and ERP systems
• Ability to lift, move, and position metal materials safely
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be detail-oriented and committed to quality
• Must be willing to submit to required pre-employment screenings

Production Operator ResponsibilitiesPenmac Staffing is seeking dependable Production Operators for a client company in the Conway area. This position is responsible for setting up equipment, operating machinery, and producing quality metal components according to specifications. 

Responsibilities include:

• Set up and change machine tooling and dies
• Operate machinery safely and efficiently
• Lift and position metal sheets and fabricated parts manually or with overhead lifting equipment
• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools
• Create test pieces and adjust machine settings as needed to maintain quality standards
• Complete production records and enter data into the ERP system
• Perform routine machine maintenance and minor troubleshooting

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods during the workday
• Frequent bending, reaching, and lifting
• Ability to safely lift and move materials throughout the shift
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment around machinery and metal products

Pay and Benefits

• $16.00 - $18.50 per hour, depending on experience
• Multiple shifts available
