You don't need professional cleaning experience—we'll train you on our system. What we are looking for is someone who shows up, works hard, pays attention to the details, communicates well, accepts coaching, and wants to build something long-term.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll travel to clients' homes throughout Anne Arundel County and provide professional residential cleaning services.

Your work will include cleaning homes, condos, and townhomes while following our detailed cleaning system and meeting our quality standards.

You'll work around children and pets, interact professionally with clients, and often work independently.

This is a physical, active job. You'll spend much of the day on your feet, bending, reaching, lifting, carrying supplies, and moving throughout clients' homes.

Required qualifications:

• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Valid auto liability insurance
• Background check
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Access to personal devices for work: smartphone - any type
• Able to comfortably lift 20 lbs
• Valid driver's license

Preferred qualifications:

• 21+ years or older
• 2-3 years of total work experience
• Own a personal vehicle
