Assistant Manager

Join the Eagle Stop Team!

We’re looking for a dependable, friendly, and motivated Assistant Manager to help keep our store running smoothly. You’ll work alongside the Store Manager, support the team, provide great customer service, and step in to lead the store when the Store Manager is away.

What You’ll Do

• Provide excellent customer service and handle customer concerns.
• Operate the register and accurately handle cash.
• Stock shelves, coolers, and displays.
• Keep the store, kitchen, and bathrooms clean and organized.
• Help with truck deliveries and food preparation.
• Assist with payroll, bookkeeping, deposits, audits, and other store paperwork.
• Help manage employees and provide weekend coverage.
• Follow all company, health, safety, and legal requirements.

What We’re Looking For

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Previous leadership or management experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working with cash, computers, email, and Excel.
• Able to multitask and pay attention to detail.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Available to work weekends and a variety of shifts.
