Companion Care Needed

My mother is recovering from broken ribs and a broken hip. She has poor eyesight and hearing but is a charming, interesting person who her 4 daughters think can recover at home in Winchester if we have the right person/people to help us. We might need live-in home care OR 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. care several days/week to help with bathing, toileting, and meals. We would prefer someone who can handle light housekeeping. We are looking for a caregiver with CNA skills who is a non-smoker.
