Home Health Aide Needed

I'm looking for hands-on care for my father in his 80s. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker. Taking care of him for 8 hours per night for 4 nights a week including taking him to the bathroom when needed. My father does not sleep well at night. Note: Night Shift 11:00 p - 7:00 a, M-th. Father is 185 lbs. and will require assistance to move from bed to bedside commode and also to shower. He can't walk. would you be able to handle such patient with such weights. He is also a difficult patient. PREFER PERSON WITH PROFESSIONAL LIABILITY and GENERAL LIABILITY INSURANCE.
